This weekend was very special Daniel. You have every reason to smile! You turned 1 year old. Daddy and Mummy can't quite believe that a whole year has passed since you came into our lives. We couldn't be happier that you are with us. You bring unbelievable joy every day. You have a fabulous smile and regularly crease us up with your antics! We love you SO much! x

Daddy has been playing with his camera again! Mummy went back to work 2wks ago and Daddy has had the joy of 'Daddy Day Care'! Mummy thinks the boys had fun together :-)

Hide and seek...

Your development astounds us each day. You only got this shape cookie jar for xmas from Auntie Lara and Uncle Rog and already you're getting really good at putting the right shapes in the right holes. However, Mummy and Daddy have the song playing in their head all day!!

It's Febuary 2011, you're in your 12th month and still showing very few signs of wanting to be on the move!! This photo is deceiving as you may think you got up on your knees by yourself, but assistance was given and photo taken quickly!! We don't mind that you're not mobile as we love that you are SO chilled out and happy :-)

Well Daniel, we've got to 11months and 2 weeks old and you have decided to drop your 2hr sleep in the morning! Mummy believes that she's done extremley well to have had this time in the morning to get jobs done for this long! Thankfully, you are still sleeping a sound 2 1/2 hrs in the afternoon and 12hrs at night! What a star!!!

Your first professional haircut!! Friday 4th February 2011 with Karen at Changers Hairdressers on West Street, Sheffield. Karen has been Mummy's hairdresser since August 1988 when Mummy accidently dyed her hair and it went wrong and Karen was the nearest hairdresser to sort it out!! Karen and her collegues and all the clients were VERY impressed that you were SO good and didn't cry or moan once!!! No injuries were sustained either!! Sadly, you cried when sat on Mummy's lap as she was having her hair washed as you suddenly didn't recognise her!!

Daniel, since Christmas, you have thoroughly enjoyed 'the circles' which precede any BBC News programme! You love it so much, that Daddy has recorded it for when you are sad! We must keep a copy in your special memento box!
