Thank you SO much Auntie Julia for this wonderful picnic!! A lovely day out at Canon Hall with Auntie Julia and Auntie Laura. Still not sure about the back pack are you?!

You'll be 22 weeks old this Saturday Daniel! Wow! Here we have your first photo in the bouncer where you are a little concerned, followed by your second attempt where you have clearly decided that this is fun!!! :-)

A lovely sunny June day at Canon Hall near Barnsley. You're sporting your British Legion Hat!!
Hmm, not too sure you're big enough for the back carrier when you're asleep! Thank you Auntie Lara for the cool sun hat which worked a treat though!
Well Daniel, you're 5mths old now and what with colic, Daddy's exams, buying and selling houses, we've only just got around to going away with you! So a 4 day trip to The Lakes seemed a big deal! With a list as long as your arm, we packed the car, you and Daisy shared the back seat and Mummy and Daddy squeezed in the front!! We actually all had a lovely time! The weather was mixed, the food fantastic as always from Sue, lots of daft noises from Dave and thankfully you slept really well in the travel cot! A successful trip we think!
I think the faces of all 3 say it all here!!
You are now, sort of, big enough for the back carrier!! Well, sat on a pillow you are!! Sadly, Mummy has already found that at 17lbs you weigh too much for her back :-(
Rebekah, Anna and Evie are going to be regular visitors after school each week. They love you and you love them!
Our new neighbours have a little 2yr old girl called Megan who kindly (well, her Mummy did) gave you a bag of toys she'd grown out of. In it was this scruffy terry towling ball with a bell inside it. Mummy was about to throw it away - its your favourite!!! It even makes you chuckle like the toddler on a tv advert when Daddy drops it on you from a great height!!
Mummy has decided Daniel that you are to lead the way in funky stripey stretchy hats!!! She's on the lookout!!!!

On 25th June 2010 we moved to our new home; 48 St Anthony Road. Thank you God for this amazing house, garden, view and friendly neighbours. We hope this will be a very happy home for you Daniel where lots of people will hopefully come through and feel loved.
So long as you can take your toys with you to the highchair, then you have given your approval!! Its so much more fun sitting at the dining table with Mummy and Daddy :-)

Daddy is teaching you to play the piano already! You're VERY keen!!

Winnie The Pooh and Tigger have certainly got you smiling. They are a very kind gift from Rich, Becky, Jess, Jen, Sam, Seth and Drew Metcalfe who have sadly left The Oakes after 11yrs of amazing service and heading back to the other side of The Pond. We're very much hoping to take you to visit them one day. At writing of this post, Jenna has been extremley poorly resulting in a delay for them all returning, so if she has time to see this, get better really soon Jenna, lots of love XXxx
Little Mister Convict!!

You're now showing all the signs of wanting more than just Mummy Milk; fists in mouth, wide eyes staring at us eating, drooling constantly, waking up lots in the night and crying after feeds, so........we have invested in a great high chair with the kind vouchers from Mummy's work and started offering you concrete, oh, I mean, baby rice!!! You're suitably unimpressed!!

You're taking in everything at the moment and you have a hearty chuckle which creases us up!!

Well Daniel, you're now heading into your 5th month! Wow! The discussions with Daddy and Daisy get more intense!!
Daisy is coming to terms with you being around all the time and relegating her to even further down the pecking order! So long as she can sneekily rest on your play mat and occaisionally sneek a lick of you when Mummy isn't watching!
Daddy's new shoes........Daniel's new shoes......

It was a lovely day. However, it will forever be remembered much more for the fact that you 'blew up' on the lawn of the cathedral!! Daddy had to walk into the town centre to buy more nappies as you went through 4!!! :-)

We all went on the train to Lincoln for Daddy's birthday (41yrs!) Grandma and Grandad met us there. It was a lovely warm day.

This is on a hot night in June! You share your bed with Diddly (on the right) and Rabbit (on the left). You often talk to them and tell them a bedtime story :-)
OK Daniel, today is Thursday 29th July 2010 and we haven't been on here since 1st June 2010! That's because we've moved house and lost internet connection for a LONG time! So Mummy will try her best to remember what's happened in the last 8wks! x
